1. Age: 18–35 years old.
2. Citizenship: South African citizens only.
3. Education:
   • Grade 12 with at least:
     • 40% in Maths or Maths Literacy
     • 50% in Science
   • Post-matric qualifications are a bonus!
4. Language Skills: Proficient in English and at least one other South African language (minimum 40%).
5. Employment Status: Unemployed.
6. Learnership History: Applicants must not have completed the same learnership or qualification at another organization.

Preference will be given to candidates who meet CCBSA’s Employment Equity guidelines.
