Resolve queries regarding short deliveries, returns and price differences with customer.
General administration duties.
Any other debtor related functions where needed.
Communicate with other departments to resolve queries.
Releasing shorts and returns.
Capturing price claims
Daily reports Shoprite/ Spar etc.
Uploading of claims.
Journals
Metrofile stats
Capturing payments
Assisting credit controllers
