Requirements	– Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4- Experience in UHT Packaging OH factory advantageous- Pass Diagnostic competency assessment- Business English: Fluent- 2-5yrs relevant experience (FMCG/Food Production) in applying job related concepts, techniques, and processes at the required level- Work shifts/weekends/public holidays

Duties and Responsibilities	Operate, monitor and control allocated downstream packaging equipment and activities on the production line.– Prepare, start up, monitor & maintain and shutdown packaging equipment within the scope of authority- Monitor critical parameters and solve problems- Capture data (control sheets)- Prepare the work area for maintenance and reinstate after maintenance is complete- Issue job cards for non-scheduled maintenance- Complete daily and weekly production maintenance schedules- Sample and test packaging quality- Monitor critical parameters and solve problems- Capture data (control sheets)- Maintain safety, health and environmental standards and good manufacturing practices- Work in a safe manner at all times- Ensure downstream plant cleanliness- Adhere to energy saving principles
