About the Job
The EPWP Admin Assistant will assist the Contact Centre Manager by taking care of essential admin duties. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating meetings, managing travel arrangements, and providing general support to ensure that the department runs efficiently.
Your main duties will include:
- Overtime administration: Keeping accurate records, processing requests, and submitting documents for approval.
- Procurement support: Managing requests for stationery, protective wear, headsets, and other essential supplies.
- Record keeping: Maintaining up-to-date files, control documents, and tracking sheets.
- Coordinating meetings: Organizing internal and external meetings smoothly and efficiently.
- General office administration: Supporting the daily activities of the Contact Centre and Marketing & Promotions team.
- Travel arrangements: Handling bookings for travel and accommodation when needed.
- Petty cash management: Administering requests and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Emergency support: Assisting with reserve closures and emergency notifications.
- Events and activations: Helping with marketing events and promotional activities when required.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
- Valid South African ID document.
- Clean criminal record – no prior convictions.

Additional Recommendations
While not mandatory, having the following will give you an added advantage:
- Computer literacy, especially in MS Word and Excel.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Two years of experience in an administrative role.
