  • Load customer vehicles, delivery trucks, and transfer trucks efficiently and accurately
  • Ensure stock is properly stacked, organized, and counted to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Assist in retrieving stock for transfers as needed
  • Report any stock shortages to the appropriate personnel
  • Notify management of any stock breakages to prevent losses
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace by sweeping and following proper housekeeping

  • Bag stone, sand, and other materials as required
  • Participate in ongoing stocktakes to ensure accurate inventory records

  • Sort and distribute mail, photocopy, scan, fax, and prepare documents for mailing
  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoice processing and petty cash management.
