About the BP (British Petroleum) WIL (Work Integrated Learnership) 2026
BP (British Petroleum) is currently looking for qualified candidates who would like to obtain practical work exposure with their Work Integrated Learnership. The BP (British Petroleum) WIL (Work Integrated Learnership) requires you to deliver the following outputs:
- Demonstrate commitment to bp’s safety leadership principles and consistently embody the values reflected in bp’s “Who We Are” beliefs by living our purpose, striving for success, and showing care and respect for others.
- Take responsibility for validating and reconciling completed deliveries within the PDI PLC scheduling system and SAP, ensuring accurate load reconciliation, timely closure of transactions, and correct customer invoicing for the appropriate products and quantities.
- Record and maintain accurate stock movement data for transport operations based on trip fulfilment monitoring activities conducted by Bulk Vehicle Operators (BVOs) through On-Board Vehicle Computers (OVCs).
- Liaise with road transport contractors when necessary to resolve queries, obtain clarification, and address issues related to completed transport trips.
- Process and reconcile all relevant movements within the PLC system during contingency situations where deliveries are completed using paper bills of lading and manual delivery notes.
- Support transport supervisors and trainers in coaching and guiding BVOs on the effective use of On-Board Vehicle Computers (OVCs).
- Monitor transport performance indicators, transport gains and losses, and distance travelled to ensure results remain within acceptable tolerances, while investigating and correcting any deviations identified.
- Maintain compliance with document management, record-keeping, and storage requirements wherever applicable.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to all transport-related stock queries and reconciliation issues.
