WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You will support daily aftercare activities and help create a safe, structured, and caring environment for learners.
Your duties will include:
• Supervising lunch routines (serving and clearing)
• Assisting with aftercare supervision and activities
• Helping learners with homework
• Supporting general classroom discipline and routines
WHAT YOU NEED TO QUALIFY
• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills (with children and parents)
• Energetic and positive personality
• Ability to work well in a team
• Genuine passion for working with children
