Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification
Skills and Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy, particularly in MS Office
- Sound administrative and organisational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Document management, filing, and record-keeping skills
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Render general clerical and administrative support services
- Provide supply chain clerical support within the component
- Assist with personnel administration and HR-related functions
- Provide basic financial administration support services
- Perform general office administration duties as required
