Position Purpose
The Deloitte Graduate Programme 2025 is designed for ambitious graduates to gain real-world experience in Consulting, Audit & Assurance, Risk Advisory, Tax & Legal, Financial Advisory, or Actuarial & Insurance Solutions. Participants will work on client projects, develop professional skills, and receive structured mentorship over a 24-month period, with an estimated stipend of R3,000–R5,000/month.
Available Programme Areas
- Consulting (InfinityX): Strategy, technology, and transformation projects.
- Audit & Assurance: Financial reporting, IFRS advisory, and assurance services.
- Risk Advisory: IT assurance, cyber security, internal audit, and data analytics.
- Tax & Legal (TrAX): Tax consulting, legal advisory, and compliance.
- Financial Advisory: Valuations, corporate finance, and restructuring.
- Actuarial & Insurance Solutions (AIS): Actuarial modeling, insurance, and risk services.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in client-facing projects under the supervision of experienced professionals.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and solution development for business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver client solutions.
- Support the preparation of reports, insights, and presentations for clients.
- Engage in continuous learning, including formal training and feedback sessions.
- Maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism in all tasks.

Eligibility Criteria
- South African citizen, eligible to work in South Africa.
- Bachelor’s or Honours degree completed by end of 2024 in: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, Tax, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or related fields.
- No prior work experience required.
- Valid South African ID.
- Clear criminal record, verified via background checks.
Preferences
- Candidates from Employment Equity groups (e.g., Black, Coloured, Indian, women, persons with disabilities).
- Internship or vacation work experience in professional services.
- Intention to pursue professional qualifications (e.g., CA(SA), CFA, FRM, FIA).
- Strong academic performance (65% average or higher).
