Assess and grade lucerne while confirming weekly lucerne stock levels
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, functional, and calibrated when necessary
Report any quality issues directly to the senior team member
Provide departmental support by accurately tracking stock control records
Assist with administrative tasks related to security, health, and safety protocols
Manage client services by implementing processes to prevent complaints from escalating
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly administrative documentation with accuracy
Perform daily grading of raw materials for both incoming and outgoing shipments
Maintain daily administrative records within VKB’s internal grain system
Oversee leave requests and employee overtime records using the PRP system
Maintain the HACCP File system to ensure compliance with Food Safety guidelines
Keep the Safety Management System updated to align with relevant legislation.
