Glencore us accepting applications for Engineering Learnership Programme.

Glencore is inviting unemployed youth who have completed N2 with relevant trade theory to apply for the Engineering Learnership programme. This learnership offers a valuable opportunity to gain technical and work-specific skills in chosen engineering trade fields. Upon successful completion, candidates will qualify as Artisans with a recognized trade certificate.

Key Responsibilities:

Entering a learnership agreement with the MQA.
Completing theoretical and practical trade modules at the training centre.
Completing all phases of the learnership programme within the specified time frame.
Participating in On-the-Job training modules.
Undergoing workplace readiness and technical panel evaluations.
Attending both Basic and Advanced Engineering Skills Courses.
Assisting with basic Artisan tasks during practical exposure stages.

Minimum Requirements:

N2 qualification with relevant Trade Theory.
