Job Description
Data Capturer:
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Capturing and maintaining SMC data within the Digital SMC (DSMC) system.
- Verifying and reconciling data between the DSMC and Excel SMC systems to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Engaging with Production Managers to obtain, validate, and update operational data.
- Identifying, tracking, and escalating data variances for resolution.
- Preparing and maintaining DSMC reports, including forecasting and actual GP% reporting.
- Ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the implementation period.
- Assisting with the migration and transition from Excel-based SMCs to the DSMC platform.
- Providing administrative and data management support to the DSMC implementation team.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting stakeholders with data-related queries.
- Performing any other reasonable duties required to support the successful implementation of the project.
Fixed-term contract: 3 months
