- Drive sales of the Sea Harvest Foodservice range by meeting revenue, margin, sales volume, and market-share targets, while developing territory plans and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Identify and acquire new customers across hospitality, restaurants, catering, institutional, and quick-service restaurant sectors through tailored proposals and suitable product solutions
- Strengthen customer relationships through regular account reviews, business development meetings, and timely responses to customer needs and concerns to encourage satisfaction and retention
- Negotiate customer agreements within approved pricing, credit, and trading guidelines while maintaining pricing discipline, monitoring account profitability, and recommending improvements where necessary
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and changing customer needs while reporting potential opportunities and risks and supporting sales and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, operations, finance, and customer service teams to support accurate forecasting, product availability, and efficient order-to-payment processes
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales call reports, forecasts, and opportunity pipelines while tracking performance against targets and supporting timely collections and healthy debtor accounts.
