About the Experian Consumer Care Learnership 2026
The Consumer Care Learnership plays a critical role in supporting Experian’s compliance with the National Credit Regulator (NCR), ensuring both legal adherence and the protection of consumer trust. Based in Stellenbosch, this full-time learnership provides participants with hands-on experience in consumer dispute management and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all customer queries, including email and web-based enquiries, and resolve complaints related to specific products.
- Follow up with clients to address and resolve outstanding queries.
- Monitor administrative procedures for the division, including the enrolment of new members and changes to services and products.
- Update systems and maintain accurate correspondence and records.
Provide consumers with their personal credit reports upon request.
Log, investigate, and resolve consumer disputes relating to personal credit reports.
Learnership Requirements
Applicants are expected to meet the following qualifications and skills:
- Grade 12 qualification (NQF Level 4)
- Customer Service Certificate
- Previous experience in a Contact Centre environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Digital adaptability and social media proficiency
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated teamwork, accountability, and target orientation
- Familiarity with Experian’s values and commitment to innovation.
