About the Avbob WIL (Work Integrated Learning) Programme 2026
Avbob is seeking for applicants who require work integrated learning to equip them with the necessary work-related knowledge to propel them into the industry. Eligibility Criteria
Before applying for the AVBOB Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme, applicants are encouraged to carefully review the eligibility requirements to ensure they meet all the specified criteria. The Avbob WIL (Work Integrated Learning) Programme Eligibility Criteria are as follows:

• Be an unemployed South African graduate between the ages of 18 and 35 years.
• Hold a recognised college qualification in one of the following fields:
  • Business Administration Certificate
  • Human Resource Management Certificate
• Attach copies of your comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV) or résumé,
• South African ID, Grade 12 certificate, tertiary qualification certificate, or your most recent academic records with your application.
• Ensure that you have not previously participated in an internship programme, as only suitably qualified applicants who have not previously served as interns will be considered.
