Scope of Service
OnTarget-007 Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shop Sales Checkout Person to support daily shop sales and customer service operations across multiple retail locations.
The selected individual will assist customers, manage checkout and counter operations, handle product sales activities, and support inventory management within the shop environment. This is an onsite contract-based role requiring professional customer interaction and efficient handling of retail operations.
Service coverage may include different shop locations in Johannesburg and Pretoria depending on operational requirements.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with product inquiries and sales
• Handle checkout counter and payment processing
• Manage daily shop sales activities professionally
• Arrange, organize, and handle shop products properly
• Support inventory handling and stock organization
• Monitor stock movement and assist with restocking shelves
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the sales area
• Provide excellent customer service and product guidance
• Assist with daily retail shop operations and tasks
Requirements
• Previous retail sales or shop experience is an advantage
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to manage checkout counter operations
• Basic understanding of inventory and stock handling
• Professional attitude and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work onsite at assigned shop locations
