About the SafetySA Human Resources Learnership 2026
SafetySA is currently searching for qualified candidates who would like theoretical knowledge and practical skills focusing on the Human Resources department. The SafetySA Human Resources Learnership is designed to support the Human Resources team in carrying out key recruitment functions, such as identifying potential candidates, reviewing applications, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews for a range of roles within AssureCloud. Through hands-on involvement in these activities, the learnership provides valuable practical experience in recruitment as well as exposure to wider HR operations. This structured learning environment equips participants with essential skills and knowledge, laying a strong foundation for long-term career growth in the Human Resources field.
You will be required to perform the duties below:
- Publish vacancy advertisements across various platforms, including job boards, social media channels, and the company website
- Review and evaluate CVs, shortlisting suitable candidates in line with the role requirements
- Arrange and manage interview schedules between applicants and hiring managers
- Keep candidate records and recruitment tracking systems accurate and up to date
- Assist with conducting reference checks and background screening processes
- Contribute to employer branding efforts and support recruitment marketing campaigns
- Provide overall administrative assistance to support the HR team’s daily operations
