About the Gijima System Support Learnership 2026-2027
Gijima is recruiting System Support NQF Level 5 (SAQA ID 48573) learners for a 12-month learnership programme in Cape Town. The National Certificate in IT: Systems Support at NQF Level 5, is intended for unemployed youth, entering the workplace, requiring Systems Support skills, focusing on networking/systems support. Eligibility Criteria

- Applicants must not be currently enrolled in any learnership, internship, or similar training programme
- Not be pursuing studies at any educational institution, including through distance learning
- candidates must reside within the greater Cape Town area, as relocation assistance is not available.
Competencies/Skills Required:
- Candidates should demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with an excellent command of the English language
- They must possess effective problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach to service delivery
- Strong time management and organizational skills are essential, along with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment is also required.
