Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- ABET, Standard 8, Grade 10 or equivalent qualification
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to read and write
- Ability to interact professionally with staff and other officials
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety requirements
- Ability to use cleaning materials and equipment correctly
- Basic knowledge of maintenance-related cleaning duties
- Ability to manage time effectively and work flexibly
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across the campus. Duties will include:
- Cleaning offices, classrooms and surrounding areas
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the campus
- Vacuuming, dusting and sweeping offices, corridors, kitchens, halls and classrooms
- Emptying litter bins around the campus daily
- Cleaning windows, doors and walls
- Replacing toilet paper, soap and hand towels
- Carrying out general cleaning tasks as required
- Ensuring that cleaning materials are used safely and appropriately
