About COFCO Learnership 2026
COFCO is currently searching for qualified applicants who would like to obtain theoretical knowledge and practical skills through their beneficial learnership. The COFCO Learnership Programme welcomes applications from unemployed individuals living with disabilities who are currently residing in Standerton. The initiative is designed to provide participants with meaningful opportunities for professional growth by combining structured learning with practical workplace exposure. Through this programme, learners are able to develop industry-relevant skills while working toward an accredited qualification that may strengthen their long-term employability and career prospects.

Participants will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of departments within the company, including Production, Logistics, Administration, Finance, Maintenance, and Procurement. The COFCO Learnership Eligibility Criteria are as follows:

1. Basic Qualifications

• Hold South African citizenship
• Reside within the Standerton area
• Be currently unemployed at the time of application

• Successfully complete Grade 12 / Matric or an equivalent qualification
• Possess a tertiary qualification, which will serve as an added advantage
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
