Your Daily Responsibilities

Returns Management

- Decide whether items go back to stock, suppliers, or get written off
Receiving Support
- Handle damaged goods that arrive at the warehouse
- Start supplier claims immediately when needed
- Make sure all paperwork is completed and correct
- Share documents with drivers and warehouse staff
Write-Off Management
- Track and manage all damaged stock
- Remove damaged items from the system
- Place stock on hold when needed
- Process write-offs and arrange collection with suppliers
Staff Supervision
- Lead the team working in the returns area
- Make sure staff follow correct procedures
- Approve write-offs when required
- Train new workers and support current staff
This job is a mix of admin work, teamwork, and leadership.
Minimum Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience in warehousing or logistics
- Previous experience as a supervisor
