About the Absa Junior Learnership 2025
Absa is offering a learnership programme for South African candidates who are looking to obtain new knowledge and skills in a supportive full-time curriculum. The Absa Junior Learnership requires you to participate in learning programs to execute predetermined training objectives, which will maximize benefits for both personal and organizational growth. Additionally, you will need to attend and participate in all work-related experiences that align with your development objectives, as well as all training and development interventions.
You will be required to perform the duties below:
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Exhibit solid organizational skills, pay close attention to detail, and prioritize follow-up
- Show the ability to work effectively in a team, with strong listening and communication skills

- Demonstrate computer literacy
- Be a team player and a self-motivated individual
- Show flexibility and a willingness to learn and work
- Complete online occupational assessments
- Have no criminal record
- Provide no false documentation
- Provide references from previous employers
- Maintain a clear credit score
- Have no record of employee dismissal
