Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
  • No previous experience is required

Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering client service and UIF-related support. Key duties include:

  • Providing screening services to clients
  • Processing applications for UIF benefits
  • Registering payment continuation forms
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Assisting clients with UIF-related enquiries
  • Ensuring that all applications and documents are handled accurately
  • Supporting service delivery at the assigned satellite office
