Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- No previous experience is required

Duties and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering client service and UIF-related support. Key duties include:
- Providing screening services to clients
- Processing applications for UIF benefits
- Registering payment continuation forms
- Providing general administrative support
- Assisting clients with UIF-related enquiries
- Ensuring that all applications and documents are handled accurately
- Supporting service delivery at the assigned satellite office
