Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have the following:

  • Senior Certificate, National Senior Certificate, Grade 12, or equivalent qualification
  • Computer literacy
  • Experience in data capturing
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good analytical and numerical skills
  • Ability to work accurately and pay attention to detail
  • Ability to execute duties with precision and professionalism

A diploma or additional relevant qualification will be an added advantage.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be expected to perform the following duties:

  • Ensure real-time data capturing is completed accurately
  • Assist with answering incoming telephone calls
  • Perform general office administration duties
  • Conduct data reconciliation and basic data analysis
  • Identify data gaps and assist with corrective actions
  • Capture information on health systems such as:
    • DHIS
    • SAP-HIS
    • Tier.net
  • Support the Clinical Department – HIS with accurate and reliable administrative services
