You will be required to perform the duties below:

- Inspect and handle all received glass carefully, checking for cracks, scratches, or uneven edges.
- Follow process instructions provided on job cards and technical drawings.
- Take direction from machine operators to carry out tasks correctly.
- Accurately complete required documentation in both paper and electronic formats.
- Comply with all safety regulations and immediately report any unsafe conditions or practices.
- Continuously monitor glass quality and inform the operator of any defects during production.
- Coordinate closely with the operator to ensure correct job cards are received and glass is properly labeled.

- Scan and verify each approved glass item before passing it to the next stage, and discard defective pieces for replacement.
- Keep the work area consistently clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Record daily production data, including quantity, dimensions, square meters, cubic meters, and material type using standardized sheets.
- Handle all chemicals safely in accordance with established guidelines.
- Label and pack glass correctly onto racks or trolleys.
- Ensure every glass item moving forward is properly labeled and accompanied by the correct job card and drawings.
- Use a pallet jack to load, secure, unload, and transport glass within the facility.
- Manually load and unload materials onto pallets, racks, or shelves as needed.
- Load materials into vehicles and secure them properly with straps to prevent damage.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks whenever required.
- Clean work areas, machinery, and equipment regularly.
- Sign off on job cards once tasks are completed.
