Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Switchboard Operator position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Providing basic information about hospital services
- Receiving and guiding visitors and guests to the correct offices
- Maintaining telephone directories and important contact databases
- Keeping records and registers for documents copied or printed
- Monitoring the telephone management system and verifying accounts
- Compiling monthly reports for management
- Reporting faults with telephone systems or photocopiers to the ICT department
- Ensuring the reception area remains clean and professional
- Performing additional duties assigned by supervisors
