Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Computer literate
- SAP system and hospital knowledge (advantage)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to rotate within Patient Administration
- Willing to work shifts/flexi hours
Key Duties
- Patient registration (wards, clinics, A&E)
- Capture and update patient information (manual & SAP)
- Manage and control patient files
- Collect revenue for services rendered
- Handle patient and public enquiries
- Perform other administrative duties as required
