Experience & Requirements
Relevant courses or experience in basic handy man skills
At least 1 year experience in a hotel/hospitality environment
Must have strong verbal communication skills in English, Afrikaans and preferably a 3rd language;
Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy;
Passion and understanding for CampusKey vision and values;

Duties & Responsibilities
Receive and execute maintenance from a job – card system
Assist students with maintenance as and when required
Manage and assist sub-contractors onsite
Be available after hours and on weekends to assist with maintenance issues
Assist the team with site walks to execute the noise protocol
Good stock taking and stock management skills
Operate the maintenance tracking system electronically (phone APP)
Assist Community function team when required
Follow operational protocol
