Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12, N3, or NQF Level 4 qualification
- Computer literacy certificate is compulsory
- Willingness to work shifts
- Strong verbal communication and customer care skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult clients professionally
- Good problem-solving skills
- Punctual, reliable, and disciplined work ethic
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Managing and reducing high volumes of incoming calls via the switchboard
- Ensuring the full functionality of telephone lines and handsets at workstations
- Maintaining accurate and reliable telephone connectivity for end users
- Managing and updating speed dial systems for staff
- Regularly updating and maintaining the doctors’ call list, ensuring correct allocation to departments
- Ensuring continuous availability and accuracy of call lists for operational efficiency
