Job Overview
Discovery’s Funeral Distribution team is recruiting a Mass Market Administrator to support a national sales structure of 12 Sales Managers. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented administrator with financial services experience, strong coordination skills, and a passion for customer service. You’ll be the operational backbone of the branch—supporting sales, managing office workflows, and ensuring service excellence for advisers and walk-in clients.
What You’ll Do
- Quality assure (QA) all submitted business
- Capture new business and claims; follow up on outstanding requirements within SLAs
- Compile, track, and action daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Support the Sales Manager with administration, insights, and trend analysis
- Collaborate across business areas to improve office efficiency
- Service financial advisers and act as a liaison between management and business units
- Compile and present monthly team performance reports
- Ensure onboarding is completed within agreed SLAs
- Manage walk-in clients and provide frontline reception services
- Liaise with Discovery stakeholders and handle inbound calls
- Oversee general office administration and workflow management

Minimum Requirements
