What You Will Learn and Do
During this 12-month learnership, you will work toward earning a FETC Automotive Sales & Support Services Certificate (NQF Level 4). You will learn important skills such as:
- How to serve customers professionally and excellently
- Communicating clearly over the phone with good etiquette
- Managing office admin and organizational tasks
- Supporting operations through vehicle quality checks and fleet management
- Assisting customers effectively
What You Need to Qualify
To be part of this learnership, you must:
- Be ready to start immediately or on 1 November
- Have a Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- Be a South African citizen aged between 18 and 35 years
- Have good communication skills
- Be living with a medically diagnosed disability
