About the Curro YES Programme 2025-2026
Curro is searching for applicants who would like to obtain practical work exposure within a professional work environment through their YES programme. Individuals who have a passion for organisation, planning, and ensuring that operations run efficiently will find the Curro YES Programme an excellent opportunity to begin their professional journey. Through this initiative, participants are given the chance to join Curro as Administrative YES candidates, where they can develop valuable office and administrative skills in a dynamic school environment. The programme is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience that fosters both personal and professional growth, preparing participants for future career success within administrative or educational support roles.
The Curro YES Programme runs over a 12-month contract period, offering participants sustained exposure to real workplace settings. It is important to note that this opportunity is stipend-based rather than a salaried position. This initiative reflects Curro’s commitment to empowering young South Africans by helping them gain the experience and confidence needed to thrive in the world of work.
Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend ranging between R5 000 and R5 800, intended to support them during their training period.

Eligibility Criteria

- Be a South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 34
- Confirm that you have not been employed previously before submitting your application
- Anticipate receiving a monthly remuneration between R4 992,00 and R6 000,00 as part of the programme
- Possess a recognised qualification in Administration, Office Management, Human Resources, or a closely related discipline
- Reside within reasonable proximity to the Curro school where you intend to apply
- Exhibit a proactive attitude, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow.
