About the Job
As a receptionist at PEP’s Central Office, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and management. Your main responsibility will be to create a welcoming and professional environment while handling essential administrative tasks.
Your daily duties will include:
- Welcoming visitors and assisting them with directions or appointments.
- Answering and managing calls as a switchboard operator.
- Maintaining a neat and organized reception area at all times.
- Handling deliveries and parcels to ensure they reach the right departments.
- Providing general administrative support where needed.

Requirements to Apply
To qualify for this opportunity, you need to meet the following minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate is essential.
- At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist and/or switchboard operator.
- Basic computer skills – must be comfortable using office software.
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Good interpersonal skills to interact professionally with different people.
- Being fluent in an African language will be a strong advantage.
