About the Opportunity
We are looking for fun, energetic, and hard-working seasonal employees to help us during the festive period. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you’ll work 120 hours over the contract period, making sure customers have the best shopping experience possible.

What You’ll Do
As a Seasonal Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service Excellence – Welcome customers warmly, understand their needs, and help them find the perfect products.
- Boosting Sales – Exceed expectations by recommending solutions and upselling products.
- Merchandising – Keep the store neat, organised, and fully stocked.
- Trend Awareness – Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion and décor trends.
- Problem Solving – Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Sales Tracking – Monitor your performance against sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A positive, can-do attitude
- South African citizenship
- Excellent communication and selling skills
- A passion for retail and fashion (advantageous)
