About the Givaudan Creation Assistant Learnership 2025
Givaudan is on the search for applicants who would like to obtain a learnership programme focusing on theoretical knowledge and skills focusing on the Creation Assistant path. Givaudan is currently seeking an Application Technologist Learner / Experimental Trainee to join its Creation Assistant Learnership program, based at the Creation & Application Laboratory in Tulisa Park. This hands-on learning opportunity is designed for individuals who are eager to contribute to the flavour creation process by offering essential support to Flavour Creators as they develop and refine their work. The role plays a key part in helping the team achieve its goals by assisting with product development tasks, sample preparations, and other day-to-day laboratory responsibilities.

You will also be required to perform the duties below:
- Prepare and compound flavour formulas by measuring and mixing ingredients with precision to support flavour creation
- Perform blending, heating, and other essential flavour processing techniques to produce high-quality flavour samples
- Apply developed flavours to beverage formulations, assisting in evaluating how they perform in real product applications
- Contribute to sensory evaluations by participating in food tasting sessions, offering feedback to improve flavour profiles
- Produce prototype samples tailored to project requirements, helping bring new product ideas to life
- Receive, label, and manage raw materials in the laboratory, ensuring accurate documentation and proper storage
- Organise, maintain, and replenish the stock of flavour and application samples to support daily lab operations
- Input and manage data accurately using company-specific software to ensure smooth tracking and reporting
- Support the efficient and orderly functioning of the laboratory by assisting with setup, cleanup, and general upkeep
- Adhere strictly to company standards regarding safety procedures, hygiene practices, and environmental protection measures.
