Job Description

Job Purpose
This role involves performing general tasks that require minimal induction.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants will be required to meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:
- Grade 12 or NQF4.
- Ability to load and offload stock.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the premises.
- Stock control skills.
- Physically capable of performing manual labor.
- Continuously add value to the job function.
- Ability to read and understand English.
- Willingness to work Monday to Saturday (6-day work week).
- Willingness to work night shifts.
Duties and Responsibilities
The role of the 4x Packers involves the following duties and responsibilities to be fulfilled:
- Ensure the correct packaging for Graded Mills is always used.
- Prevent mixing of milled products at all times.
- Ensure milled products are bagged, packaged, palletized, and stored according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain compliance with safety and foodstuff regulations.
- Responsible for maintaining general cleanliness and tidiness.
- Perform cleaning duties as required.
