This 12-month programme offers exposure and experience within Eskom’s retail operations and divisions. It is designed for candidates who are eager to gain work experience, develop professionalism, and build future career pathways.

Minimum Requirements
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Age between 18–34 years
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent and/or post-matric certificate/programme
- Not permanently employed with one employer for longer than 1 year
- Not studying full-time during the year of employment
- Must not have previously registered or participated in the YES initiative
Successful applicants will go through Eskom’s recruitment process and, if selected, be placed across Eskom operations in the Eastern Cape divisions.
