home Vincent is inviting South African jobseekers with Grade 12 or related Qualifications to apply for their YES Youth Opportunity. Successful applicants will gain valuable first-time work experience in the retail sector. During this 12-month programme, participants will be responsible for supporting store operations, assisting customers, and learning the fundamentals of the retail environment while building essential workplace skills.
Minimum Requirements:
- Aged between 18 to 28 years old
- Matric (Preferable) or Grade 10 (minimum)
- Available and willing to work a fixed-term 12-month contract
- Must not have been permanently employed for more than 1 year with a single employer
- Must not be studying full time during the programme (April 2025 – March 2026)
- Must not have participated in the YES programme before
- Responsible for own accommodation and transport (if applicable)
- Preference given to candidates from designated groups (Employment Equity Act)
