Requirements:
- A minimum of Grade 10/NQF Level 2/ ABET level 4 and above.
- No experience is required.
- Food Service experience in a clinical environment will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be willing to work in a team and under stressful conditions.
- Must be able to work weekends, nightshift and public holidays.

Duties:
- Preparation of normal and therapeutic diets as per standardised recipes.
- Portioning of meals according to the ration scale and prescription.
- Apply hygiene and safety measures in the factory according to HACCP rules and OHS standards.
- Lifting of heavy Foodservice equipment.
- Be responsible for all allocated resources.
- Be able to relieve in all areas of the CookFreeze factory when required.
- Must be willing to undergo continuous training and development programs available.
