Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

As a Warehouse Operator, you will support inbound and outbound operations, inventory control, and administrative excellence.

Lead and control daily warehouse administrative operations
Support Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Control functions
Create and maintain operational reports aligned to KPIs and contracts
Monitor attendance and provide daily reporting to management
Ensure HSE, 5S, SPQRCE, and Quality System compliance
Conduct hourly floor walks to ensure safety and operational compliance
Drive teams to meet daily operational targets
Investigate errors and complete CAPA documentation
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Assist in physical warehouse operations when required
Oversee special projects and cross-departmental duties
Facilitate staff meetings and communicate performance expectations
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and team motivation

Minimum Requirements (Must-Have)

Grade 12 (Matric)
Minimum 2 years’ experience using WMS CargoWrite
Intermediate proficiency in:
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- PowerPoint
- Outlook
Solid understanding of warehouse operations and reporting
