- Oversee the receiving of goods to ensure compliance with Volvo procedures
- Verify that all parts are received accurately against the documentation and within the prescribed time set by KPI standards
- Record all discrepancies on the GDS system promptly when parts do not conform to standards, and document detailed descriptions and part numbers
- Bin all parts according to system allocations rather than label allocations
- Process customer order requests and ensure correct picking, packing, and distribution of parts in line with Volvo procedures
- Update the system after authorization without delay
- Dispatch the correct parts and quantities exactly as specified on the invoice
- Provide efficient and effective service to the workshop by ensuring that
- Technicians receive their parts immediately after orders are processed and parts are picked
- Check and sign off all credit notes before processing, and file them in sequence for secure storage
- Follow correct procedures when processing credits, ensuring that restricted items such as electrical parts are not returned.

General Responsibilties as Warehouse Assistant
