• Conduct grain grading in compliance with established regulations and standard
• Assess and grade lucerne while confirming weekly lucerne stock levels
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, functional, and calibrated when necessary
• Report any quality issues directly to the senior team member
• Provide departmental support by accurately tracking stock control records
• Assist with administrative tasks related to security, health, and safety protocols
• Manage client services by implementing processes to prevent complaints from escalating
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly administrative documentation with accuracy
• Perform daily grading of raw materials for both incoming and outgoing shipments
• Maintain daily administrative records within VKB’s internal grain system
• Oversee leave requests and employee overtime records using the PRP system
• Maintain the HACCP File system to ensure compliance with Food Safety guidelines
• Keep the Safety Management System updated to align with relevant legislation.
