Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with product information and location guidance.
- Address and escalate customer complaints professionally.
- Stock shelves following strict rotation and quality standards.
- Maintain clean, organised displays and store environments.
- Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management.
- Adhere to security, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Operate and maintain equipment as per guidelines.
- Promote products and respond courteously to customer queries.
