Job Purpose

The Cleaner maintains a clean, safe, and professional environment at Reddford House Blue Hills, contributing to the school’s ethos and supporting its educational mission. This permanent role offers stable employment for youth with cleaning experience in the education sector.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Vacuum, sweep, and mop various floor types across the campus.
Clean rooms, areas, and facilities as assigned.
Dust ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture.
Scrub and sanitize toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
Empty trash cans, wash, and clean windows.
Liaise with the line manager on cleaning product and equipment stock.
Report breakages and repairs during cleaning.
Support campus functions and events as needed.
Follow the Holiday Cleaning Duty List during holidays.
