Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Matriculation / Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
Knowledge Requirements
- Unemployment Insurance Act and Regulations
- Unemployment Insurance Contributions Act
- Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)
- Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)
- Treasury Regulations
- Batho Pele Principles
- UIF policies, procedures, vision, mission, and values
- Customer Care Principles
- Departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines
Skills and Competencies
- Interviewing and customer service skills
- Verbal and written communication

- Listening and interpretation skills (UI Act and Contributions Act)

Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Providing client screening services
- Processing UIF benefit applications
- Registering payment continuation forms
- Performing general administrative duties
- Ensuring compliance with UIF legislation and departmental policies
