What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with UIF applications and queries
- Process unemployment, illness, and maternity claims
- Capture and update beneficiary information
- Provide frontline customer service
- Perform general administrative duties
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- No experience required
- Basic computer literacy
- Good communication and people skills
Key Knowledge (Advantage)
- UIF legislation
- Public Financial Management Act
- POPIA (data protection)
- Batho Pele principles
