UBER DRIVERS NEEDED

11 Full-time and 18 Part-time driver slots to be filled.

They are looking for drivers to join their Uber fleet at Fleetly. This job is ideally designed for experienced Uber Drivers looking to have more stability in their lives than the rental system. You must be a hard-working and performance-driven individual. This position is ideal for people living in Gauteng.

Requirements:

Must have valid PrDP
Must have an active Uber Driver Profile

Working Hours:

You will work five (5) days a week for twelve (12) hour shifts each day in one of the following two shifts:
4 am to 4 pm – Monday to Friday
4 pm to 4 am – Monday to Saturday

Remuneration:

You will be on an R120k annual package and earn R477 per shift (R10k per month).
This income will be directly tied to performance.
You will have a daily shift target of R1500 net earnings (this means you will be earning R31,80 for each R100 of net earnings on trips you do).
You will also be paid a 33% commission on net earnings above R1500 daily.
You will have a daily shift fuel allowance of R500 and will earn a 50% commission on every rand of fuel saved. This fuel allowance will increase by 33 cents for each R1 above the R1500 daily target you reach.
On paid leave days, you will earn R477 per day.

Leave Entitlements:

You will have fifteen (15) working days of paid leave per year as a full-time employee.
You will have one (1) day paid sick leave for every twenty-six (26) days worked.
You will have Family responsibility leave and maternity leave as per the BCEA.

Vehicles:

You will drive one of the following vehicles: Suzuki Swift, Suzuki Dzire, Renault Triber, Mistubishi Xpander, Renault Sabdero or Suzuki Ertiga.
