The Flavour Mixer Operator role is based in Bellville South, Cape Town, and focuses on preparing syrups that are used in drink production. This position plays a big role in making sure the final product tastes good, looks right, and meets food safety standards.

What a Flavour Mixer Operator Does Daily

Mixing Syrups for Production

Your main duty is to mix the correct syrups according to the production plan. This means following recipes carefully and measuring ingredients accurately. Small mistakes can affect the taste and quality of the drinks, so attention to detail is very important.

You will work closely with the production team to make sure the right syrups are ready on time so that the factory keeps running smoothly.

Quality Checks on Every Batch

After mixing the syrup, you will check the smell and appearance to make sure everything meets the quality standard. If something looks or smells wrong, you must report it immediately. This helps protect customers and keeps the brand strong.

Paperwork and Record Keeping

Minimum Requirements to Apply

Education and Experience
