Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records and communicate any machine faults to the client
Ensure a high level of customer service within the area of responsibility
To report and where possible take action when faced with customer complaints
Ensure that the machine are properly stocked and clean
Assist with stock takes and replinshment of stock
Monitor the front of house and back of house in the coffee shop during peak hours daily
Liaising with all Brand Reps concerning sales and promotions
Ensuring all service needs of members and their guests are met
Must be able to work on a cash register
Must know his / her brands in premium coffees and teas
Full setting up of work/service station timeously and correctly
Preparing and service of beverages

Must enjoy practical and methodical work
Have good hand-eye coordination
Have good personal hygiene

Qualifications
Matric
1-2 years experience as a vending assistant
