Tsebo is searching for a capable applicants ready to undertake the role of Handy and willing to provide the necessary assistance in all things maintenance. The Tsebo Job Vacancy for a Handyman seeks an individual who will be responsible fir proactively administering the workplace services in accordance with the Master Service Agreement. This individual will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, and remedial works programme in a manner that achieves the objectives of the Client.
As a Handyman, your job is to:
- Ensure that any building-related concerns, including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and painting, as well as any other general handyman jobs needed inside the facility, are repaired and maintained as necessary
- Make it a point to check that every task is completed in a responsible and risk-free way
- Perform any and all tasks in accordance with the requirements and instructions
- To give assistance in relation to reactive and proactive maintenance, as well as scheduled preventive maintenance on interior and exterior fabric, light equipment, and fittings
- Carry out recorded inspections in accordance with the instructions provided by your Manager or Supervisor
- Carry out the activities of scheduled preventive maintenance
- Perform both preventative and corrective maintenance work, as well as repairs
- Participate in labor that includes things like painting, plumbing, welding, woodworking, constructing, and mechanical work, etc

- Health and Safety Act by escorting and supervising subcontractors as required
